Wedding Rates for 2026

With all of our packages, event staff are paid a flat rate

& tips-gratuities are not included from the Venue.

If you appreciate their hard work for your big event,

please take care of them in kind gesture.

And don’t forget to take care of our venue with a great 5 ***** review.

Elopement Package

Weekday: MONDAY through THURSDAY $1000.00.

Weekend: FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY $1500.00

With full use of the outdoor grounds and use of the 40x60 barn.

Weekend Rental hours 9:00am until 10:00pm.

Weekday Rental Hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Free use of the grounds for engagement photos. Not to interfere with any other event.

Any onsite decor is free to use. Just return it when you’re done borrowing it. Feel free to donate as well. We love paying things forward to help others out.

You can “build your package”

Our Extra Services are available at an additional cost - each payable directly to them directly.

Ordained Official (whom donates 20% of their fee) Meetings before your event to get to know you.

The 2026 Grande Experience

Our 2026 Grande Experience

With our an all in one exclusive package, $4700.00 gets you ALL of the services listed below.

Full use of the grounds including use of the 40x60 (2400 sq ft) barn

Your time starts Friday with full access for vendor drop offs, rehearsal and set up. Have your main event on Saturday. With access as early as 9:00am, enjoy your event until 10:00pm. And then come and clean-up on Sunday ~ being done by 2:00pm. (Other people may be on the grounds on Friday and Sunday for tours etc)

*We do not allow over night stays*

INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE:

Your Ordained Official ( whom donates 20% to St. Jude of their fee - in your names! )

*Brides Hair (day of your event)

*Brides Make-up (day of your event)

Day of Coordination Service This package includes 6hrs. Any extra hours would be at an additional expense - paid directly by you to your coordinator.

Bartending /”drink slinger” (serving alcohol or not) One bartender is included for 6hrs. Extra hours are an additional expense - paid directly by you to your bartender.

Additional Bartender for a small fee

150 white resin chairs and what tables are on hand are free for use (rounds and rectangle / different sizes)

Access to a free decor closet. Just return it when you’re done borrowing it. Feel free to donate as well. We love paying things forward to help others out.

Use of the grounds for free for engagement / or other fun photos. (not to interfere with another event)

*You are more than welcome to have “Trials” with Hair, Make-up and Bartending - that is at an extra expense and determined by the provider of service and you directly.

VENUE: Extra hours can be purchased for $100.00 per hour based on availability.

Should you not need all of the event staff in this team then we shift them into another position within your event.

The Full Experience

Just a bit less fancy than the Grande- but you can add extras!

$3500.00

You can build this package up with our add ons, or bring your own.
